hmmm…no not really i guess. i mean, i moved around a lot, at pretty pivotal moments in my life, right after elementary school, right after 8th grade, midway through sophomore year of high school and after graduation. that was pretty traumatic each time but i’ve kind of gotten used to it. and i like moving around, it’s the leaving i don’t like. nothing bad really happened to me, a lot of people in my life passed away when i was growing up so i was around death a bit. i dunno i guess. i’ve never really reflected on it…

Why do you live in your body like you will be given another? As if it were temporary. You starve it, you let anyone touch it, you berate it. Tell it that it should be completely different. You tug at your soft flesh, wish it thinner, wish it gone. You fall in love with those who praise the way it sighs under their hands, but who praises the way it holds up your weight, even when you are falling apart?
